How to prepone the periods naturally?
- Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is known to be a stomach calming agent. However, it can be used for inducing early periods.
Squeeze the gel from the leaf, take one teaspoon of aloe vera gel with honey just before you have your breakfast.
- Papaya

Loaded with carotene, the papaya is bound to induce early periods. Since papaya helps to release more estrogen, it does your intended job really well. You can either consume it as a fruit or make its juice with lemon.
